We strongly believe in the personal touch. Too many web sites are automated to the point where no human being gets involved in the order process. There is no one to question before you order and no one to talk to afterward. This leads to mistakes and customer dissatisfaction. You should take a few minutes to make sure you get exactly what you want and we are willing to take the time to make sure that happens. So you can do any of the following: 1) email us, 2) add items to your cart and checkout or 3) click the one of the order links below and fill out the form. Orders are not placed until we respond to your order and you confirm. When you contact us, we can inform you about the latest price breaks and rebates, which may not have made it to the site. We also offer discounts on multiple orders and repeat orders. Note: we are closed from Friday evening to Saturday night, so any emails sent during this period will not be answered until Saturday night. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks to online payment services, the process is faster than ever. The payment methods we accept (in addition to Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Discover) appear at the top of the page. Once you know what you want and what it will cost, you can beam your payment from the payment service site to us. You will usually get an immediate confirmation of your order. Depending on the time, the confirmation may take a few hours to show up in your email. Most of our items are shipped directly from the warehouse nearest the destination. Because we can print postage and delivery confirmation right from our office, items we ship ourselves are shipped almost daily. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 days.

Payment: We accept so many different payment methods that it should be easy for anyone to find one they prefer to use. We still accept the old standard of money order (even Canadian MO in Canadian dollars to a Montreal address) or personal check, but why go to the trouble of obtaining and mailing a paper payment, then worrying about it getting lost in the mail and the delay until we get it and it clears? There are free and secure services that allow you to send an instant electronic payment right from your bank account or credit card. And though we don't expect you to have any problems with us, it still might be reassuring for you to know that these services offer more security than checks or money orders which are difficult to recover once they have been cashed.

What about credit cards? U.S. and Canadian citizens who wish to pay by Amex, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card directly, can read our credit card terms and use our secure order form at the bottom of the page (also available from the shopping cart). Others can use bidpay
