Beware! There are cheap Chinese counterfeits of these products being sold online and on ebay. These are NOT genuine Kingston! We picked a few up at a bargain price. The first thing we noticed was the the Kingston logo was printed on the drive, not stamped into it as on the genuine product. The printing began to wear away within minutes. Our genuine Kingston drives are several years old and the printing is still sharp. Next we examined the USB port. Genuine Kingston drives have laser etching on the port. These did not. We ran Checkflash, a free flash drive test program. It showed errors in almost every sector. Finally, we copied some video files to the drive. They could not be played back. You buy a flash drive to back up or transport your data. If it can not be reliably written to and read from the drive, you have wasted your money no matter how little you paid for it. Don't buy a flash drive only because of the cheap price. It the price sounds too good to be true, there is a reason for it.
