Direct Credit Card Payments

Direct credit card payments are available to U.S. and Canadian customers only. Paypal credit card payments are available to U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canadian customers with verified Paypal accounts and confirmed addresses.

If you insist on using your credit card directly, you should be aware of the following:

A credit card order must be a minimum of $20. With Identity Theft and credit card fraud on the rise, it is not advisable to be giving out your credit card often. The more people who see your information, the greater the chance that it will fall into the wrong hands. Using your credit card for a $5 purchase over the Internet is just not a very safe thing to do.

To protect both our customers and ourselves, there are some additional requirements and associated costs with direct credit card payments. These include:

Canadians: If your credit card issuer allows AVS (Address Verification Service) and CVV (Checking the extra number on the back of the card), then we can accept your card. Most issuers have this. If not, we have no way to validate who you are. If is for your own protection that these features exist. What is to stop anyone from getting hold of your card number and placing orders in the U.S. if the vendor can not validate the shipping address?

We can accept Canadian Postal money orders in U.S. funds or personal checks in U.S. funds if your bank is associated with a U.S. Bank (as many Canadian banks are). We are trying to accomodate Canadian customers in a manner which will be safe and cost effective.

- shipment must be made to the credit card billing address. We can not ship to your work address or to your cousin's house. If you have a special shipping requirement, you can call your credit card and have them add that address as an alternate address.
- shipment must be made via a traceable method with delivery confirmation or even signature confirmation. Therefore, on expensive purchases, there *may* be a handling fee to cover these extra costs.
If you have a U.S. or Canadian credit card which you wish to charge, please use our secure order form. Unless you choose otherwise, the order is not processed until customer service sends you an email and you reply to confirm. Except for Saturdays and holidays, this process usually takes a few hours.
