Burn DVD movies on to a CDRW - You have probably seen these advertised from anywhere from 29.99 to 99.99. Get it here free. Programs which can copy a DVD movie on to CDRs with no loss of quality and programs which can copy a DVD movie on to CDR and make it suitable for playing on any DVD player.

Bonus CD - A special CD compilation of about 500 megabytes of photo editing software, games and utilities gathered from all over the Net. (This includes the copying software described above.) These are specially selected from the collection of software that we use regularly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - there is no warranty on this CD: The files on the CD were downloaded from reputable sites which are virus and spyware free. They are installed on my PC and have been tested by at least 6 anti-virus programs. Hundreds of people have received this CD over the years and have used it without incident. But in about ten years, we received two reports from someone claiming there was a virus on it. Norton reported a possible virus in Frogger - a game we have played many times. To avoid any more complaints, we deleted it, even though there was nothing wrong with it. Then Norton reported a possible virus in VOB.EXE - a video encoder currently installed on our PCs and in use for months. Again we deleted it from the CD. But you can't expect us to check with every anti-virus program out there to make sure their programs don't report false positives. You use this CD at your own risk. We are not responsible for problems - real or imaginary - that you experience with any program on the disk. If unsatisfied, we will refund only what you paid for the CD, which was ZERO.

Flat shipping and handling - The postal increases of 2010 forced us to raise shipping to a flat $7 per order. At that time we were shipping everything via priority mail and were reluctantly forced to do it after losing money on several orders. People in California placed $20 orders and paid by credit card. The processing cost us a dollar and the shipping another $8.82 and by the time we were finished, we had a loss. We decided against doing what so many other sites are doing: charging based on weight and destination. That would require the customer to enter the entire order and their address before seeing the shipping charge. So we chose $7, because that seemed to be the median cost. On some orders the shipping costs us more than $7 and on others less. If you are the type to feel ripped off by paying $7 when it cost us less, there's a simple solution: order more. Even if it costs us more, you will still only pay $7.

Since then we began shipping smaller orders first class or in flat rate priority envelopes. Because our cost went down, we lowered the shipping on some items to $3 and $5 and added extra cartridges to our packs. Our 5-packs became 6-packs, our 11-packs are now 12 to 16-packs. On lower-cost cartridges, such as Epson and Canon, we often throw in an extra. On higher-priced cartridges such as HP, we can't always do that, so we may charge only $5 shipping and refund the difference. We strive to be fair.

Though USPS raised its rates again several times, we have not raised our U.S. shipping and handling since 2010 and have actually lowered some rates.

Did we once offer free shipping?
Yes, we did. However, if you are an experienced shopper, you are probably familiar with the term TANSTAAFL. No, it isn't a German dancing table. It stands for There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. Everyone knows (or ought to know) that when something is advertised as Free, you are actually paying for it somehow. Free shipping simply meant we added the cost of shipping into the price. This means that FREE shipping was actually costing you more than if you paid for it. How is that? Simple. If we wanted to sell five T069 cartridges for $23 plus $7 shipping, we made the price $30 with "free" shipping. But what if you wanted ten? You could buy two five-packs for $60, but then you were paying $14 for the "free" shipping. So we ended the "free" shipping. Instead, we dropped the price of the cartridges to $18 with a flat shipping of $7 for any quantity. As our costs went down due to larger quantity purchases, we lower prices even further. Today you get 8 cartridges for the same $30 (shipping included) and 16 for $45. It works out to even less than the "free" shipping. And with out next promotion, you save even more.

Bonus cartridges - Many of our packs now come with bonus cartridges already included. Many of our 5-packs are now 6-packs, our 7-packs became 8-packs and our 11-packs became 13 to 16-packs. And if we ship first class, we lamost always add an extra.

Free digital video cassettes - if you have a recorder which uses these, you can request Panasoniuc 60-90 minute DVCs instead of bonus cartridges. We have a number of sealed cartridges in stock.

Double and free - When ordering ink cartridges, we have a "Double and free" promotion. Instead of ordering a 12-pack, order two packs and get 25. Double it again and get 51. Each time you double the order, you get twice the previous amount plus one, so you more than double the bonus. Since the shipping is a flat charge, the more you order, the lower your cost per cartridge.

Non credit card bonus - Since we pay a fee to process orders via credit card, paypal or google, if you save us the fee we will reward you, usually in the form of a free cartridge. If paying via paypal from your bank account or balance you must follow the instructions on the site exactly to qualify. The exact reward depends on the amount of your order.

Repeat customer bonus - We're always surprised by companies which offer a discount on your first purchase and then none after that. Do they want all their customers to be one-shot deals? We do almost no advertising. Most of our business comes from repeat loyal customers and the friends and relatives they refer. So we are offering a special bonus for repeat customers who order more than 10 cartridges.
Anyone ordering refills is automatically a repeat customer and the bonus is already built-in.

Referral bonus - Refer your family and friends to ccs-digital.com. When they place an order, have them tell us you referred them. They will get a free cartridge with their first order. When you place your order, remind us who you referred. You will get a free cartridge for every first order one of your referrals placed. It's that easy!

Secret bonus - Signup for our free monthly newsletter and get a secret code which will give you additional discounts on many of our packs.

Add it together:
T069 regular disposable cartridges: 16 = $39, with shipping $46. Cost per cartridge $2.88. Double the order, get 33. Previous customer gets 348. Pay with non credit card, get 35. Total order = $84. Cost per cartridge $2.40. And that is BEFORE the SECRET DISCOUNT which currently takes another $2 off, bringing the cost to $2.37. And if you turn the empty ones in to Staples, Officemax or OfficeDepot, you get back $2 on each (in the US only). That's like paying 37 cents a cartridge!
