This site started out as an advice site to educate people on how to save money amid all the confusion and scams on the net. What the printer companies are doing amounts to legalized piracy and our goal was to help you keep your own money in your pockets. Eventually visitors urged us to stock the items we recommended and offer them on the site. When we discovered the reusable cartridges, we found a fantastic product difficult to obtain in the US so we had to import them. Our advice site evolved into a family business. Our goal is help you save money while getting great results from your printer.
We consider ourselves more than reasonable in dealing with customers and go the extra mile to make sure no one is disappointed. However, sometimes a few individuals make it difficult for everyone else. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone conducted themselves fairly and we wouldn't need lawyers and contracts to keep people honest? So while we would like to say 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked, a few people have made it impossible to do this without adding some conditions. They can be summed up in two words: be reasonable.
We have a 60-day window in which to give credit car or paypal refunds, so refund requests must be received within this time frame (though we have at time sent refund checks even after that time period). The time limit for replacement is much more generous. If there is a problem with one or two of our cartridges, we will replace them. If three cartridges, we will refund the purchase price for those cartridges and any unopened ones returned within the window. If a printer uses four or six different cartridges (black and 3-5 colors) and you opened one of each, we will take those back. But don't open more than one of each color and expect a refund.
Why this limit? It is always possible that one or two were defective. This can happen (and has) even with genuine Epson products. But if it is two of the same color, this indicates a problem with the printer itself. What happens is the print head gets clogged and the printer stops producing that color. The customer puts in a new cartridge and it still won't print. The customer assumes the cartridge is defective and tries a second. At that point, the customer should realize it is a printer problem. Even if the customer believes it to be a cartridge problem, if two don't work, there is no point in continuing to open the rest. Return them for a refund. But we did have at least one person order a dozen black cartridges, then (without contacting us) return them all opened and empty six months later, claiming they were all defective. We did not refund in that situation. Another customer received 12 black cartridges on a hot day in a southern state. Exposure to heat creates pressure within the cartridge. (So does exposure to extreme cold.) He then emailed to say all 12 cartridges spewed ink when he removed the yellow tape and he wanted a refund. Had he called or emailed after opening the first one or two, we could have told him to put them in a refrigerator and let them cool off before opening. (And had it been a cold day, we would have recommended letting them warm up.) But if the first one spewed and then the second, why continue to open all 12? We have to protect ourselves from geniuses like that. Incidentally, we did send another 6 free and that person is still a loyal customer. But we went beyond our warranty and are not obligated to do so.
It does not take months to decide an entire order is defective. The customer tries one and it doesn't work, tries a second and has the same issue and at that point should contact us. Naturally we don't expect a customer to test an entire order within two months. So if they bought a quantity and a few months later find that one didn't work properly, we will replace it or add extra to their next order. But to request a refund, it must be done within the window. The excuse "I know I bought these 6 months ago but I just got around to using them" doesn't cut it. What's to stop anyone from buying anything - a MP3 player, computer, car, etc and saying they didn't use it until after the warranty expired? The warranty begins from date of purchase, not the date they decide to use it.
We have made exchanges a year after the purchase date when there was good reason. For example, customers bought a quantity of cartridges and then had to buy a new printer which couldn't take the old cartridges. We almost always take back sealed cartridges. But we don't want to be obligated to do so, hence the limitations in the warranty.
If you experience a problem, email or call first. Often we can resolve the problem over the phone. We get very few cartridges back and most of those work just fine in our printers. If we can't solve it, the next step would be to replace or refund. We may require that you send the product back to us. We do not send prepaid potage labels or reimburse your shipping. If this is for replacement, we will add extra to cover your costs. (We also put extra cartridges in most of our Epson, Canon and Brother orders.) This is what you accept when placing your order online. If you buy an item from a store and it doesn't work, it must be returned to the store. You can't call them up and expect to get your money back. If you expect a refund without returning the merchandise, shop elsewhere.
When returning opened ink cartridges, you must be careful to seal them against leaks. If they leak, the Post Office will dispose of them without delivery. Tape the bottom of the cartridge where the printer punctured it and the top where you removed the yellow tape. Place them in a baggie. Do not put closed cartridges in the same baggie. Return them to:

We supply schools, professional printers and corporations. We do almost no advertising. Most of our customers come to us by referral from other customers. We must be doing something right (and our cartridges must be working properly) to achieve this track record. As long as your expectations are reasonable, we will be more than reasonable.
Our warranty only covers the cartridges bought from us and for up to the amount paid us. We do not cover any other expenses. If someone waited until the day an important job was due and discovered a cartridge didn't work and had to run out and pay a lot more somewhere else, they can't expect us to refund the amount they paid for the other cartridge. We had one customer say since a cartridge didn't work and she couldn't find another one, she bought a whole new printer and expected us to pay for it. Sorry, but that's not the way it works. Another customer complained that his 4-year old printer stopped working a year and a half after putting in our cartridges so it had to be the fault of our cartridges and therefore he expected us to buy him a new printer. I hope anyone reading this understands why this is not a reasonable expectation. If not, please shop elsewhere.
Don't wait until you're down to your last cartridge on the last day you have to complete a critical job. At about $3 a cartridge, there is no reason not to have a backup. Someone's failure to spend an extra $3 does not impose an obligation on us. An entire set of our cartridges cost less than a single Epson cartridge. Instead of spending $60-$100 for one set of Epsons, spend $20 to $40 for two to three sets of ours. With our special bonuses for buying backup sets, there is no excuse not to be prepared.
We do not offer lifetime free replacements. Cartridges do not contain any moving parts. There is no particular reason a reusable or refillable cartridge can't last for years. We have a set going on four years. However, electronic chips can be damaged by stray voltage, liquid, or being touched by sweaty fingers. So don't count on your cartridge lasting forever. We typically replace it free within a few months of purchase or we add an extra in your next order. But we did have a professional print shop with multiple printers buy a single set of refillable cartridges and move it from printer to printer. Naturally doing this caused the ink to be used very quickly. Every time time cartridges are inserted in a printer, they go through a charging process which uses a good deal of ink. This print shop kept calling to complain the ink was being used too quickly. In four months we had sent five replacements for the four cartridges they bought. In all that time, despite our reminders, they didn't take the obvious step of buying a set for each printer. Expecting unlimited lifetime replacements of a $4 item is not reasonable. Epson won't do it and their cartridges cost five times more and give one-third the ink. Incidentally, when we stopped replacing the cartridges, this print shop bought several sets and has had no problems since. They still buy their ink from us and gave us a glowing recommendation. See our customer testimonials on the upper left. We also had customers call every few months to ask for a replacement for a different cartridge - all without placing any new orders. They were basically using our warranty to get free replacements every time they ran out of ink. Over a year they had received a complete new set, cartridge by cartridge. With some people abusing our warranty we can no longer afford to be that generous. So if you make your purchase expecting our basic warranty and you experience some issue, you will receive service which exceeds any reasonable expectations.

I received my order yesterday, and replaced the cyan and yellow (the ones the printer said were empty) Epson cartridges with yours. In my case, your cyan and yellow cartridges played nicely alongside the Epson magenta and black. Even with only half the cartridges replaced, the colors seemed brighter/deeper, especially the greens. I was concerned that the dye-based stuff might bleed more than the Epson pigment-based inks, but I can't tell any difference in sharpness.

I would like to just take this moment and say THANK YOU. I am a professional photographer. I use both the Epson Aristan 730 and the 835 printers. I use a continuous pump for both printers. They are by far the best quality printers that I have found. I have spent almost $700.00 for these two printers. My 835 print head went up while I was printing a huge job. I could not find anyone who knew how to fix it. It sat for almost 2 months. I finally found someone who would look at it for $150.00 with no promises. I ordered a set of refillable cartridges and for my artisan 710 a couple of months ago and have now had a chance to put them through their paces printing a couple of hundred large format photos. I observe the following:
-the ink performs flawlessly
-refilling the cartridges was relatively simple and clean once I got a system going. The Artisan 710 has always hated having its cartridges replaced, even before I used yours: air seemed to enter the ink channel and cause one or more colours to stop printing. It was a rarity to not have to use up 1/3 of a cartridge of in head cleaning cycles to pump the air out and restore a proper nozzle check pattern again. Your refillables seem much better because the ink seems to flow much better without the internal foam/sponge that replacement cartridges have.

I got your head cleaning solution for my Brother LC65 printer. Gave a small shot to the black ink nozzle waited per instructions and it didn't help at all. 2nd try I gave it a big shot of solution, waited for 4 days and came back, BINGO the second or third test print was perfect and I've saved the printer from the trash.

Recently I bought a new "Artisan 50", and the ink that came with it just ran out. So I'm getting ready to put in the "refillable" ink that I received from you about a week ago. As I was looking for the ink, I remembered that I never replied to this e-mail. When I originally read this e-mail from you, I thought to myself, "Offering to look at my SEO. Hey, that's really nice of him." And I was going to reply, but I got distracted on something else before I could respond.
Okay, I don't want to bore you anymore with this stuff; you have things to do. I just wanted to say that I wasn't surprised when you offered to take a look at my SEO (I've told people that your SEO pdf is the best $19 they will ever spend). It goes along with what you so skillfully convey on your website. Whenever the subject of printers or printer-ink comes up, I always tell them about your website.
A while ago, I had a customer of mine tell me about this website that sells cheap ink. And I immediately said, "STOP! Before you buy anything, I want you to check out this website (yours)." I told him that while the pricing may be similar, he would be better served doing business with your website instead. And, of course, he asked me, "Why?" And I simply told him that he'll be dealing with a business that has a "heartbeat". A business that is made out of "flesh and blood". I told him, if you want to do business with a website that has no "soul" behind it, then be my guest. The site you found is "cold". It's nothing but "circuits" and "diodes". Just take a look at this guys site, and it won't take you too long to wish that EVERY business would adopt his business ideology. You'll be dealing with someone that will bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. Now he doesn't say that in so many words, but you'll quickly get a sense of exactly what kind of person you're dealing with -- someone that cares. I've never met him, but I'll bet he's the kinda guy that would lay down his jacket so a lady could walk over a puddle. With this other place, you'll be dealing with some underpaid person that doesn't get paid enough to really care about the business they're working for, and by extension; care even less about you. With this website, you'll be dealing with the person that cares most about the business -- THE OWNER!
Okay, I hope I haven't taken too much of your time. And I'm so glad you have "refillable" cartridges now because that really gets the ink price down. I love it! And thank you again for offering to look at my SEO. I'm going to take you up on the offer in the near future. Thank you Izzy...

Very satisfied. Reading all the hype from Epson about only using Epson brand cartridges made me skeptical about purchasing knock off inkjet cartridges. But also paying over $13.00 a pop for the Epson cartridges was also getting old. I ordered a small quantity order from ccs-digital and was pleasantly surprised with their quality. Everything the website claims. Great color and they do hold more ink than the Epson cartridges. You cannot beat the price and when factoring the value of your time and gas to travel to the store it makes it even a better value ordering from ccs-digital. The most impressive aspect of ccs-digital is, that after ordering over 100 cartridges, I experienced a problem with three black cartridges. I emailed the website and within 20 minutes received a phone call from the owner with technical advise on working through the problem. After several unsuccessful attempts he informed me that he would be mailing me replacements at no charge. I received the replacements within 3 days!
Anyone can market and sell a product but it is rare when you find a company that actually backs their products without a big run around.

I am very pleased with the product: CleanerPro-Epson_Head__cleaner. The head cleaner saved an Epson cx8400 from the electronic scrap heap. One head was not printing at all and the others a little more. I tried other remedies found on the web that only seemed to make matters worse. I have been meaning to write this for your unsolicited testimonials.
I have been using your regular ink cartridges now for 2 years and they have worked great. I love the refillable cartridges better since I am in the business of doing digital printing I cannot afford to run out of ink, so those are even better. I own 2 Epson 1100's and 3 Epson C-120's the great thing I love about these 2 printers is that the cartridges are inner changeable with each other. So I never have problems, as if I do I can exchange the cartridges with another machine. Every once in a while it will say out of ink or doesn't want to recognize the cartridge and then I just pop the cartridge out and put it back in and that solves the problem, I hate that Epson tries to make it hard to use other cartridges with their printers. The couple times I have had problems you have been there to help or have replaced a cartridge that I couldn't get to work. I recommend everyone to you for cartridges.

I used the cleaner on my Artisan 810 and it worked great. I had two colors that had run out and I hadn't caught them in time. Both nozzles were not working, so I feared they were beyond hope. I used the cleaner the first time with no results. I almost gave up thinking that the heads were gone. But your article said to try and leave it for a longer time than just 5 hours. So I used the cleaner again and let the printer set for 2 days. I also left it on. Low and behold when I printed something on it after leaving it for that time, it printed perfectly. About ten emails have gone between us since March 1st concerning my printer. I cleaned those nozzles enough times to use up i/3 of the cleaning solution and nothing was happening. I didn't see the printer print magenta since January and really thought it must be broken. I went through 10 cartridges from Carrot Ink and got error after error, problem after problem. Every time things started to look a little bit promising, my hopes were dashed.
I kept persisting, due to your recommendation of the printer and the fact that you wrote back again and again. I was impressed by your enthusiasm (though I was cursing Epson) so I continued. Maybe it's because you are a fellow NYer and I kind of think of you at this point like the Dr. Bronner of ink cartridges that I kept on it, inspired by your stories of printers loosening up after a few days or weeks. Kind of like printhead constipation that can be cured if done right. The appreciation of your customers also had the effect on me of really wanting to make this printer work again, though I thought that for the amount of time I was putting into this, I could more easily just buy a new printer.
I was really at the end of my rope on Monday when I got your last missive. There was practically nothing coming out of the printer, just a bit of patchy nonsense, no black, no magenta, cyan disappeared, magenta not seen in nearly 3 months. I complained to Carrot, they said to send the cartridges back for refund. So I took the remaining carts out of the printer and thought OK, i can throw the printer out or give it one more last go, cost be damned. So I injected the heads one last time, reset the printer, and put your new color carts in it as well as two new black Epson cartridges (since I'd drained 2 of the 3 black carts you sent me accidentally). If it didn't print properly, as it hadn't in a few months, I'd throw it out, period, and never bother you again or bother with an Epson printer. With little real hope, but resolve to make a final decision today, I printed a nozzle check, expecting nothing.
Lo and behold! I can't believe my eyes! It started printing nearly perfectly right off the bat. I ran a couple of nozzle checks and it looked great. A couple of prints of color charts and it is restored. I'm now a true believer in your advice and am glad I persisted with your encouragement.
Thank you ever so much. I'm buying ink from you from now on and shall recommend your products to all my friends. I'll send another order for carts right away.

The order was received today...only 2 days; amazing. I replaced the black with one of your black single use carts and the printer recognized it as OEM stuff. Since I was on a lucky streak, I inserted the test refillable you sent and it recognized it also as OEM stuff.

A 70+ woman in California wrote a long letter about all the issues she was having with compatible cartridges she had purchased locally. We sent her three different sets to try out, regular, reusable and refillable. This is her response:

Just went to the mailbox and found your package with the cartridges. Immediately I went with the new Epson C82+ through the routine recommended by you (turning the printer 4-5 times off and on without cartridges). Then I installed the full set of your refillable cartridges into this printer, which was the most difficult printer, and bingo it worked. What a relief. Then I did the same routine with the older Epson C82+, installing the brand new (reusable) cartridges with tanks, and a second bingo. It worked too. Absolutely amazing. I trust now fully that also the third set will work when the time comes and they need to be installed. Obviously the cartridges from the Californian supplier have a compatibility problem, not yours. In the beginning of the coming month I will pay you for this shipment and I will probably order additionally some refill inks. I had those from you before and they worked fine then. I feel more comfortable with the refillable kind, or with your single use cartridges, your brand only. You state on your Website that you guarantee that your cartridges will work, and this statement is 100% justified. I probably will send you all my leftover cartridges from the California supplier, but don't want anything in return for those. I would not try to install those again, because they were the ones that started the incompatability problem.
I am eternally grateful to you for getting me up and running again, now already for the second time. I must say you really go above and beyond your call of duty. I would anytime recommend you and would even add my word and promise for proper functioning to my recommendation. Thank you so much, Izzy. I wanted to pass along to you that, as often as possible, I recommend your site. I just commented on a Yahoo Shine page titled Upgrade Your Life: How to save on printer ink costs which mostly had to do with refilling. My comment is below.
I have 2 fairly new Epson printers and the ink cartridges have a chip that burns out when the printer decides they are empty so they can not be refilled. After days of web searching, I found a company that sells a way around it. For $28 initial set up (Artesian 710) you get 6 reusable cartridges and 6 color tanks. The tanks snap in and out of the reusable cartridges and hold twice as much ink as the OE Epson cartridges. After that, refill tanks are only $3 each. They also have great deals on cartridges for HP, Brother, Canon and laser toner as well as cleaner and refill kits. These people are wonderful to deal with and shipping is fast and dependable. Google ccs-digital. I know this sounds like a commercial but, because of this company, I can afford to actually use my printers again.

After issues with other brands, this customer almost reluctantly tried ours. She first wrote to say our chip looked like the same bad ones which hadn't worked before and not like the good ones on genuine Epson. I wrote back to say "good" chip and "bad" chips can not be determined by sight. It's the programming which determines if they will work or not. She had nothing to lose by trying since we offered a full money back guarantee.

I have just received my first order from you, which included cleaning kits, and reusable ink cartridges for my 2 Epson Stylus CX8400s. The cleaning kit did the trick, and revived my clogged printer, and the inks are printing beautifully.

Thanks Izzy for getting me back to work! I am a small business owner (professional artist) who depends heavily on "printers". My Epson workforce 40 printer used for my office printing, announced over the weekend that it would not work anymore with the recycled cartridges I was using (Not yours). I might add I had been using them for some time now, so I was puzzled to say the least when some messaged "cartridge not recognized".

My Artisan 810 prints exceptional photos. I've been using 3rd party inks since I first bought it and they produce superior output. Incidentally, you might like to know that I showed a couple of examples of pictures printed on the Artisan 810 with the OEM inks and with your inks. In all cases, the people who saw them chose YOUR inks. They thought the colors were slightly richer and the whites whiter. Interesting. I use paper from think4ink.com, which is water impervious. I really like your replacement system and having 3x the ink/cartridge is a real plus. I print with abandon rather than sparingly with the OEM cartridges.
I received the cartridges and I had concerns...I was weary to try them because............I previously purchased a set very much like the ones you sent .....they look identical ..sadly...they were not recognized by my printer..so I took a real close look and they ARE different...the bad ones were 4.1V...yours are 6.v...the pin positions on both are the same....pin locations line up fine with the square chips....so I tried the cartridges and they fired right up......YIPPEEEE.........Obviously you know what you are doing.....you will have my business from now on..................

I loaded up the cartridges in my Artisan 800 and so far am very impressed. No problem getting them to work at all. The B/W text print quality is at least as good as original Epson stuff as well as the color print quality to paper. What really impressed me were the color photo prints on photo paper, truly excellent. I'm not a pro, but I think the quality is superior to Epson's stuff. Also, the ink seems more resistant to smearing than Epson ink. If these cartridges continue to work as well as they are now, I'll definitely be reordering.

Some time ago I ordered and received cartridges and replacement inner tanks for the four colors needed in my Epson Stylus CX7450 all in one printer. I have been very pleased with this product. My husband had the same printer and had also ordered these ink cartridges. I have the cartridges, so would just need the replacement inner tanks for black, cyan, yellow, and magenta. Just placed my second order with you (Epson Artisan 50 6 pack). I am still in disbelief at your company. I expect there to be a catch but have found none. Your ink prices are crazy low and work perfectly. I have never had a problem replacing my Epson Cartridges one at a time with your cartridges. I just had to replace two at a time and my print quality fell to pieces. My Epson owner's manual had no advice. Thinking it might be due to replacing 2 cartridges at a time, I visited your website. "Poof," there was my answer (with 3 pages of instructions): Clean the print heads. After doing so, I'm up and running, good as new!

I have purchased your reusable cartridges and so far I am very pleased. The cartridges work perfectly. I have replaced all my Epson ink cartridges with your ink and I have even replaced the black CCS cartridge with a replacement ink tank with no issues so far.
I did my first "full" page, and it doesn't look any different the my Hi Definition ink. I printed out a scrapbook page, with photos. The background was slightly different, but the photo's were ok. Very good print. Hope it keeps up, you will have a regular customer.
. I removed the original Epson cartridges and installed all six of the Artisan 50 refillable cartridges I ordered, and they worked immediately. I figured that only made sense as Epsons are so finicky. For your information, I get much better print-outs now than with the original Epson cartridges. I got my tank order in and wanted to drop a quick line of thanks. I have been grinding on some of my friends to just buy an Epson for which you supply cartridges and make life easy. I had the tanks stacked on the counter and decided to take a shot of them before putting them away. I attached it along with the rights to use it at your will and whim. I printed them up 4 to a page of cheap (XpedX nee Nationwide Papers) photo paper. I hand them out instead of wasting my breath.

Good news, I did a test print the other day on clear digital transfer and on White opaque transfer paper. Normally when I print on Opaque paper I have to lay down more ink, but with yours I did it in regular mode and it covered the print very well. The regular transfer paper printed color in the design very well and then I washed both of them last night and they look great. The print on white shirts looks good and seems to have softer feel than the regular Epson ink (maybe because it's a dye ink?)

You’re right about being cheaper to buy a new Epson printer (as opposed to buying cartridges for another brand). In fact, I’ve done a spreadsheet (attached, if you’re curious) comparing total cost of ownership of an Epson Stylus NX515 compared to some relatively cheap color laser printers. It turns out that the cost per year for the Epson printer (given some assumptions such as printing 6,000 pages per year) is around one-fourth the cost of the laser printers. This is definitely contrary to everything that I had heard when comparing laser printers to inkjet printers.

Its New Year's day, 2010, and I am getting a jump start on some of the paperwork involved in running a healthcare center. In an effort to contain some of the ongoing expenses involved in operating our computer systems and printers, I have been on a quest to lower our printer maintenance costs. Several weeks ago I ordered bottles of ink and all of the supplies, including a little gadget to reset the electronics on each cartridge, in an effort to refill the cartridges in one of our many Epson printers. It was an unmitigated disaster. Besides the incredible mess, the leaking cartridges and the risky use of syringes, my printer, which was purchased several months ago was not outsmarted in the least by my efforts. It simply refused to work.
I was ready to give up and purchase "genuine" Epson cartridges, until my assistant looked online and found your company. I spent a considerable amount of time reading your information and looking at your products. The bottom line is that I ordered Epson compatible cartridges and just installed them today. They work like a charm! What an incredible savings of money, the print quality is perfect and the printer accepts them completely. The old cartridges I still had for my CX3810 were found to be Not Compatible by the printer (The Cyan went empty) When I replaced it with a compatible from Carrot which I have dealt with for over 5 years, it refused to take it and the printer was "dead in the water". Then I ordered from you and your Cyan compatible worked great and my CX3810 is back in business, just in time because I have a big Real Estate Mailout to do soon. So.. Thanks for all your help.!

I have to say I was more than a little skeptical when I ordered the Epson T-0691 combination cartridges from you - to replace "remanufactured/refurbished" cartridges I recently had bought from one of your many competitors who also claimed those cartridges were "just as good or better" than Epson OEM. Well they weren't; not by a long shot. They nearly incapacitated my Workforce 30 (sure, it's a cheap printer but I like it and it works).
But reading through tomes of information on your site (much of it by Izzy, I think) convinced me you knew what you were talking about. I especially liked the tip about keeping the printer on all the time.
So, when your cartridges arrived today, only 2 days after ordering! - it was with some trepidation that I installed the whole set, wondering if I was going to deal my dear printer a fatal blow.
The first test pattern looked good for black (which wasn't printing at all before) but very spotty for C, M and Y. I ran a clean cycle, tried another test pattern and it was worse. I thought I was sunk. But recalling some of Izzy's advice, I printed a color photo from Photoshop, ran two more cleaning cycles and, VOILA, - it printed beautifully.
Thank you for selling a product that actually holds up to its hype. I'm only waiting now to see how the auto chip reset works and how long the inks last. But all in all, I thank you for a great product at a reasonable price and with great shipping time.
just wanted to email you guys to say thanks for having an ink cartridge that will work for the Epson NX115: i tried epson ink along with ink i found on amazon and they did not work; received the ink i ordered from you today and it works perfectly (both the others were not recognized by the printer leading to an error message), i will definitely order more ink from you guys, thanks.
Here's one from Canada which was just too good to leave out. We can't ship to Canada in the priority boxes we use for US shipments since that would cost over $20 a package. We thought about buying regular shipping boxes but we figured sending them in the type of boxes we do (pastry and cereal boxes, etc) would keep Customs from opening them and adding a VAT tax. So far it's been working.
Well I was sceptical that anything would work on my brand new epson workforce. The chipsetter I bought simply caused the printer to find the cartridges incompatible, even though they were low but not out of ink. I was sceptical when your cartridges arrived in a box that once held pastries. I was skeptical to see the black cartridge half the size of the original. But I put all the cartridges in place, happy they fit and after waiting for what seemed like an eternity of the machine saying it was charging ink, it was ready.. I ran off a print of my dog and damn but the quality was factory or better. Love it. You (or you guys) rock. Thank you and will be back for more. Arnie

We just learned that the husband of one of our long-time customers has been on dialysis for years and is now about to receive his mother's kidney. Danny – My order for the Epson Artisan 800 ink arrived yesterday, just in time for a fairly large print job. I had to change two cartridges before I finished so I used your new ones. Recognized both (after I finally put the right color in the proper slot) and all seems to be great. No differences in print coloring. Further tests will come when I have to used new inserts down the road.
DAN: You may recall our exchange this past Sunday re my Epson NX415 "Cannot recognize ink cartridges" problem. Your reusable cartridges work perfectly!! I am placing an order now for more refills. You see I have become an instant repeat customer!
One for the books - our cartridges work where genuine Epson cartridges don't!
I have an Epson RX680 that would not accept an original Epson Cyan Cartridge and the rest of the cartridges were almost full. I was on support calls with Epson for hours. They sent two more Cyan cartridges which were not recognized either and they finally determined my printer was bad.
I had already stocked up on so many cartridges (at $69 a set), that I needed to buy an Epson printer that took the same cartridges, which I did. To my surprise, the new printer would not accept any of the cartridges from the old printer because they had been previously installed even though some were totally full. The new printer only worked after I put in the brand new cartridges supplied with it.
Out of curiosity, I took all genuine Epson cartridges out of the printer that Epson assured me had a bad circuit board and replaced them with your compatible cartridges. Unbelievably, the “broken” printer now works fine!
I plan to use only your cartridges with both of my printers. I will order the refillable ones next.
Just to let you know, I ordered, received, and installed your cartridges in my workforce 30 and they worked great! I did have to replace all five before they were recognized as legit but I was almost out anyways.
Please do let me know when the refill ink cartridges are available, I really like that idea!

Just as you said, I received them today and they work fine. Everything prints like original. I will be placing another order for the color refills. I have original and your cartridges mixed and no problems so far!! When the printer says you're empty just remove the cartridge check ink level and pop it back in everything resets. Love it!!!

The two part cartridges that you send me last time seem to work great on all our printers... We found out that we can actually run our printers with a mix and match from both these units and the Epson originals.

I procrastinate for about 6 months wanting to buy your ink cartridges for my Epson R380 printer for half the price . The ink here in St. Louis, Mo cost right at $75.00 at Sam's Club. When I went to your testimonial page I notice someone have the same identical printer as me. That's when I decided to jump in with 2 feet. I have used the ink for about 3 weeks with no problems. Start up was a little bit of small drainage. I was able to solve the problem by adjusting the paper weight. . Now I have no problems at all. I don't see any difference in the ink. Besides I use cheapest paper that I can find and the best paper for pictures. Cartridge works out great for me. Thank You I will be ordering double the next time.
I had to tell you you are my heroes! I have a new Epson printer that didn't work. It would not recognize compatible yellow ink. I am not really computer savvy so I called Epson- they wouldn't help me because I use compatible ink. They sent me a free Epson yellow- I told them not too- I was never going to use their ink. The person that sold me the printer was also no help- I even tried Amazon- they are usually good about honoring things sold on their site. Anyway, I finally (after 2 months of being crazy) I went online looking for info about inks and such, came across your site, and started reading. Nothing seemed to apply- until I read where you got a flashlight and found the fragment on the chip connection. So I looked and- Wala! There was a tiny piece of something there. I got a fine paintbrush and removed it- now my printer finally works! Thank you thank you thank you. I love you guys!!!!
I just wanted to follow up on my order and thank you for shipping the cartridges so promptly. We snapped the chips on to the cartridges for the cx8400, and they installed and were recognized by the printer without a hitch. They're working really well so far!

The Toshiba PDR-4300 camera that I bought from you is terrific! I am very pleased with it as well as the Road Warrior battery external power pack that you recommended. The Toshiba's 4.0 mega pixels produce outstanding JPEG quality pictures and the color is outstanding and crisp. The PC interface, using ACD, is the easiest I have used.
The only two minor complaints I would have are that 1. the battery/secure digital cover seems a bit flimsy. (Fortunately I don't have to open often due to my 128MB card and Road Warrior) and 2. that the camera does not come with a carry case, although I was able to buy quite a nice one at Office Depot for only $7.00. All in all these are minor when compared to the many plusses of the camera itself.
I am so pleased that I have recommended to my neighbor that he consider buying the PDR-4300 (with a 128 MB secure digital memory card) from you and to abandon his plan to buy a Hewlett Packard Camera.
It has been a pleasure working with CCS and I look forward to doing so again.
